The 21st annual Hopkinton Tap-Off Tournament will be held Thursday, Nov. 18, through Sunday, Nov. 21. The Tap-Off brings together 150-plus teams from towns all over the area for the region's premier preseason travel tournament. This tournament is for town travel teams in Grades 4-8, boys and girls.
Teams are guaranteed three games (there are no playoffs). There are games Thursday and Friday nights (between 5:30 and 9:30 p.m.), Saturday (between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.), and Sunday (between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.). Coaches may request not to play on a certain day/time due to a conflict. As long as the request is made by Nov. 1, it should be honored.
Entry fee is $250 per team, due by Nov. 1.
Spectators between the ages of 17-64 must have a ticket to enter the gym.
All tickets are $5, which provides admission to every game all weekend.
COVID mask policy: Fully vaccinated individuals (both doses) may choose to remove their masks while in the buildings. Unvaccinated individuals must wear masks. This includes players during games. This is the policy set by the town, and we are required to follow it.
