The HBA will hold spring basketball clinics for players in Grades K-8 interested in continuing to play after the travel and rec seasons.


For Grades 3-8, there will be eight weekly clinics overseen by Hopkinton High School girls coach Mike Greco and boys coach Tom Keane. The girls clinics will be on Mondays and the boys clinics on Thursdays, both beginning the week of March 27 and running through the week of May 22 (no clinic the week of April vacation). All Grade 3-8 players in Hopkinton are eligible to participate. The fee is is $75.


For Grades K-2, there will be six weekly clinics on Fridays, beginning March 27 and ending May 19 (no clinics on April 14 or 21). The fee for Grades K-2 is $50.

GRADE 3-8 GIRLS: Mondays, 6:45-8:15 p.m., Brown Gym (Hopkinton Middle School upper gym)*
* On May 1 and May 15 the girls clinic will move to Doyle Gym (Hopkinton Middle School lower gym)


GRADE 3-8 BOYS: Thursdays, 6:45-8:15 p.m., Hopkins School prior to April vacation, then Doyle Gym after April vacation


GRADE K-2 BOYS/GIRLS:

Fridays, 6:15-7:30 p.m., Elmwood School*

* On March 31 the clinic will be held at Center School


NOTES: Participants should wear a green and white reversible jersey, or if they don't have one then a WHITE OR LIGHT GRAY shirt. All players also should bring a basketball (Size 29.5 for boys Grades 7-8, Size 28.5 for boys Grades 3-6, Size 28.5 for girls Grades 3-8, Size 27.5 for boys/girls Grades K-2) and water bottle -- both with their name on it. The coaches will have a limited number of basketballs for those who do not own one.
